FAQs

Login & account enquiries

Setting up 2FA on 9rbet is straightforward. After logging in, go to Account Settings and look for the "Security" section — you'll find the Two-Factor Authentication option there. Once you activate it, a confirmation code will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. From that point on, every login will require both your password and a one-time OTP sent to your phone. With 2FA enabled, even if someone gets hold of your password, they still can't access your account without your phone. You can also save trusted devices so you won't be prompted for a code each time on those devices. If you run into any issues, contact Support.

After logging in to 9rbet, you'll find the "Sports" section at the top of your dashboard or in the menu. Click on it to see a full list of sports including cricket, football, handball, tennis, and basketball. For cricket, you can bet on the Bangladesh national team, IPL, T20 World Cup, BPL, and more. Football fans can bet on the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and international matches. Simply click on your preferred match, select your bet type (Match Winner, Over/Under, etc.), enter your stake, and hit "Confirm Bet". You can also bet in real time on live matches — making the experience even more thrilling.
